The City of Fayetteville has partnered with Cumberland County to prepare a Consolidated Transportation Development Plan (CTDP) that will focus on potential consolidation of city and county transportation services provided such actions can further goals for enhanced mobility for all residents. Specifically, this project is designed to assess transportation services and functions that are provided within Cumberland County and identify those which can be coordinated or consolidated to the greatest extent possible.
