Representatives from Management Services assist Transit by providing information about FAST operations and improvements. Information Requests/Interviews/Images All requests for information, interviews or photographic/digital images should be made in advance to Management Services Department at (910) 433-1547. We will try to provide the information, spokesperson or photographic/digital image within your deadline. If you want to film, photographs, or interview customers on City of Fayetteville Transit property, please make your request in advance through the Management Services Department. Document Requests All document requests should be made to the Management Services Department While on FAST Property If you are on Fayetteville Area System of Transit property for an interview or to review requested information, a staffer will meet you at the location and assist you during your visit. For your safety and security, please stay with your assigned representative while on our property. Any additional requests or questions while you are with us should be addressed to the representative assigned by Management Services or FAST. Transit Department. When filming (live or taped), taking a still photograph, or conducting interviews while on Fayetteville Area System of Transit property, please allow our passengers to enter/leave buses, shuttles, vanpools and transfer areas without obstruction.
